Working step of grain thresher machine

Grain thresher machine is used to separate the grain from the straw and other light materials. The old threshing methods involved beating grain by hand with a flail, or trampling it by animal hooves. but now ,farmer use grain thresher machine to do threshing job .VTN series grain thresher machine can be used for wheat, rice, sorghum, barley, millet,corn threshing .This grain thresher machine  feature on high threshing performance,low breakage rate ,small size,flexible transportation among working places,easy adjustment and usage,high efficiency and so on. grain thresher machine is drived by petrol engine,diesel engine or electric motor.

Normally there are 3 steps of grain thresher machine
First, farmer feed bundles of grain and straw into the feeder or hopper of wheat thresher machine.
Second, a rapidly rotating set of blades breaking the twine and snapping the heads from the straw, then beat the straw and heads onto a grooved plate, knocking seed kernels from the heads without crushing them. The straw will be passed over a straw rack that removed most of the straw from the kernels. Whatever passed through fell onto a series of progressively smaller shaking screens, removing most of the remaining straw and chaff from the kernels.
Third, the cleaner, kernels that passed through the last screen were moved over a stream of air that blew the remaining straw and chaff away.
